NordicaManagement has been created by NordicaRentals as an additional service for both our rental guests and home owners.
As many home owners on the coast have no time to visit their properties let alone take care of them, we thought a good idea to offer a fully fledged maintenance service to all our clients. You should not have any to worry about the state of your property again.
Property Management: A weekly visit for a complete check of the interior and exterior of your property. We prepare your property upon your arrival and and after your departure. A monthly report will be sent by email to the owners informing them of the satus of the property.
Management Package: Here is a short list of only some of the things which are included;
- Evidence of damp, condensation, infestation, water leackage, unauthorised entry.
- Check that the alarm system, gas, water, electricity is working.
- Airing your property, flush toilets and sinks to avoid unwanted smells.
- Water interior and exterior plants, supervise garden and pool area.
- Pre and post visit cleaning and laundry service.
Management Extras: For an additional fee we can organize;
- Cleaning and laundry service before the arrival and in between your rental guests.
- Welcome Pack (tea, coffee, milk, orange juice, bread, butter, water, jam, cheese, beers...)
- Luxury Pack (includes the Welcome Pack plus flowers, champagne, chocolate truffles...)
- Meet & Greet (We act as your official key holder. We will meet your guest upon arrival and explain how all works in the house)
- Delivery & Maintenance Service (We will meet delivery and trades people)
- Emergency service (whether you have lost your keys or locked yourself out, we will be there to assist you. NOTE: fees will be based on the time of day the call is placed)
- Rental (baby cots, extra bed, high chair...)
Personal Services: Let us help/assist you with;
- Baby sitter, grocery shopping, interior design, a cook, personal trainer, spa & beauty centres... |
