LAYOUT: throught the gates and you enter the garage, go up some stairs you reach the lower TV room, 2 bedrooms with bathrooms, one with sauna.  They both lead out to the terrace/garden and pool.  To the right side of the house you have a separate guest/staff bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette.

Up a flight of stairs you reach the dining area and open plan kitchen with laundry.  This leads out to the back terrace and garden.  Up 3 steps you have the living area and another TV area.  All this leads out to the front terrace with lovely views to the sea.  To the right of the kitchen you have the main entrance with guest bathroom and to the right of this, another bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Outside of the house you have access to the roofterrace with an extra bedroom with bathroom and kitchentte.
